Below are descriptions of 2018 programming, please check back in spring 2019 for our summer 2019 schedule

Saturday Adventures

saturdays in july + august 9AM-5Pm

Our Saturday Adventures are for girls looking for all day fun, friends, and adventure.  Throughout July & August, we be hosted various adventures involving Mountain Biking, Hiking at Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory, Stand Up Paddle-boarding, Rock Climbing, Yoga, and Rafting.  All Saturday Adventure programming includes transportation to and from the activity location, a Good Life Girls journal, and a full day of adventure and fun.  All programs will include fun personal development exercises and communication skills centered around mindfulness, positivity, and confidence.  All girls provide their own lunches, snacks, water, sunscreen, and weather appropriate clothing.  See details under Saturday Adventures for more information regarding specific dates and activities.


Overnight Camping

9am saturday - 12pm sunday, select dates throughout the summer

For girls looking for more of an adventure and to spend a night in the great outdoors with a group of awesome young ladies - our overnight camping program is for you!  The Good Life Girls will learn about leave no trace principles, how to camp leaving minimal impact, how to set up and tear down camp, and will be adventuring, journaling, and doing an art project!  Each session incorporates personal development skill building, fun communication exercises, and confidence and self-compassion building skills. 

Stand Up Paddle-boarding and Camping at Blue Mesa Reservoir: Saturday, July 14th - Sunday, July 15th

Overnight programs include transportation to and from the camping location, necessary materials for the planned activity, most camping gear, dinner on Saturday night, breakfast on Sunday morning, a Good Life Girls Journal, art project materials, and a great time!  Please visit the Overnight Camping page to learn more!


Evening Sessions

 6pm - 9pm weeknight evenings• once per week

The Good Life Girls offers one evening program per week during the summer months from 6pm - 9pm.  For girls seeking a shorter, evening session to connect with other like-minded girls in a more relaxed setting after a long day of adventuring, this program is for you!  This program will include a healthy dinner for the evening, fun communication and personal development games, and two planned activities - one physical movement activity and one creative exploration activity.

  • Painting & Jewelry Making
